Chase Tech for Social Good: Grassroots Grocery

As part of the Chase Tech for Social Good initiative, I worked with Grassroots Grocery, a NYC-based nonprofit, to enhance their donor CRM system. I managed the operating model redesign and co-led efforts to consolidate their tech stack, improving data flow and daily operations. These optimizations helped streamline donor management, making it easier for the organization to focus on its mission of food accessibility.
